Yûji (Shô Aikawa) and Kôsaku (Kôyô Maeda) are two likeable petty gangsters who make a living taking a percentage fee from Yumiko or Suzuki who run a small restaurant & bar which is a cover-up for illegal trafficking. One day they're ransomed by a bunch of yakuza and Yûji gets hurt. He's rescued by Ryôko a kindergarten teacher and soon falls in love with her. At the same time his buddy Kôsaku tells him he wants to get married with a bar hostess called Candy. But soon they both realize it's the same girl who's in dire need of money to cure her ill father who's staying in an American hospital. They decide to try and help her
